My list includes buildings with not only stunning pools with ton's of sunlight, but what I look for to make it in my top 5 is the buildings location, it has an excellent reputation and building provides overall strong investment value.

30 Baseball - Riverside Square (Leslieville)

If you love the East End and you love unobstructed city views with sun all day, you don't want to miss Riverside Square. 


The building has a great overall reputation with some excellent layouts. There are also tons of great restaurants and transit options at your doorstep!
