Easiest 5 star review of my life. I used Keyah as my realtor for both the sale of my downtown condo and purchase of my uptown townhouse and I could not be happier with my choice. Right from the start I laid out my goals for the sale and what I was looking to move into next, and Keyah was extremely helpful in making everything happen perfectly. He was aggressive with the sale plan and we ended up having an unheard of amount of showings. He staged my condo amazingly and had it glowing. We sold for way over asking, even in a buyers market. For the purchase side Keyah was very active and quick to respond when needed. We checked out numerous places and he was very quick to pick up on what my likes and dislikes were. He was brutally honest at times which also helped me alot in finding the perfect place for myself. I ended up purchasing a new townhouse which was repossessed by the builder (the original buyer who bought pre-construction defaulted on their payments and weren’t able to close). Again, Keyah was aggressive with his offer and we ended up getting a real steal at an insane value. Like I said, I couldn’t be happier with Keyah as an agent and as a person - dude is all class!
